Tough Day To Go To A Game
The temperature is going to be cool like the Mets bats. I really hope that we can get a win today and avoid going sub-500. The team has been a general disappointment so far this season. The pitching has been off. The hitting has been off. The defense has been off. Can it get any worse? Maybe today's the day that the Mets begin the turnaround.
I hope to post a couple of audio reports along with pictures. I'll take some video of Citi Field and a few moments during the game.

I Missed The Game
Believe it or not I didn't make it to the game. I set myself a pretty tight schedule with the train but just enough time to make it to Shea around first pitch. I arrive at the Amtrak station to find out that the train would be delayed 45 minutes. So then I was looking at arriving sometime around the 3rd or fourth inning. I hate having to rush like crazy. And I hate showing up in the middle of games.
I've been listening at home. Thank heavens we got a win. Would have been nice to be there. I'm evaluating the schedule and plan on going to another home game very soon.
