Pedro Heard A Pop

According to Kevin Burkhardt of SNY, Pedro Martinez "heard a pop" before leaving the game tonight with a hamstring injury. Pedro will be returning to New York for an MRI.
All I can say is this. Let the candlelight vigils begin.

Aaaaarghhhhhhhh! In the name
Aaaaarghhhhhhhh!
In the name of all things holy, couldn't we at least have got past Opening Week? I blame Jon Stewart...
He does cause us grief
It is nice to have someone with name recognition to be a Mets fan. If you haven't notice most famous New Yorkers are Yankees fan. But something I have noticed, when Jon threw out the first pitch in 2006 the Mets lost the NLCS, but it's not all his fault it was also Mother Nature's fault. When he mentioned the game on the show he said we're going to have an undefeated season we lose the next game with a walk-off home run.
John Stewart should take Bill Maher's advice to Think-tanks and should stop making predictions. However, don't stop being a Mets fan. I still love Jon Stewart though, funny Jew (LOL).
Out Four To Six Weeks
Just saw the news pop up that Pedro will be out four to six weeks with a strained hamstring. It could be worse. Story here.
