Indeed he is. If Andy Pettite can admit it why can't Roger? I think one reason is that Andy isn't a candidate for the hall of fame.

Facts are facts. Brian Macnamee obviously didn't lie about Andy Pettite. So why would he lie about Rocket? No one else who was named by Macnamee is claiming innocence. In spite of the fact that Macnamee and Radomski got special treatment they are still going to jail. And if they perjured themselves they will get longer sentences.
