I hope so! If you listened to the last podcast you heard me rant about the Mets finishing off teams in a series. So let's go out and get our fourth straight win.

The West Coast trip ended well taking three of four from the Dodgers. That last game was a classic win like I remember the Mets pulling off last year.

Congrats to Tom Glavine on getting win number 299. Will Bud Selig be on hand at Tom's next start? He should be. There won't be another 300 game winner in the majors for a long time.

How important is Lastings Milledge to the Mets now? Alou's return is delayed. Beltran tweaks his tummy in batting practice. The Mets outfield has a hex on it. So this is his big chance. Lastings seems to be coming around. Wouldn't it be nice for him to blossom.

The Mets have a pretty soft schedule this week so there is no reason for us to rack up some wins. I'm feeling a bit better today with the Mets four games up on Atlanta, but I'm realistic about the fact that we still have some important series' coming up.
