We got what we needed last night in the win vs. the Florida Marlins. For the most part at least.

We got a win, combined with an Atlanta loss to Philadelphia. So we get a game back in the standings.

We got a sharp outing from Orlando Hernandez, who just returned from the DL. That makes me feel good. Pitching is still strong.

And we got a late rally. I like rallies. It means the team is strong. Sure, we took advantage of Florida's ineptitude. Good teams are supposed to take advantage of bad teams.

How about four hits for Paul LoDuca? This guy is the anchor of the lineup.

Billy Wagner had some problems in the 9th. Keith Hernandez surmised that Wagner didn't have "the juice" because he was surprised to be brought in with such a big lead.

The down news is that Shawn Green has a broken bone in his foot and may have to head to the DL. I can't see how he wouldn't end up there.
