Mets Coverage Heats Up

Coverage of the Mets (and baseball in general) is certainly heating up ahead of pitchers and catchers reporting this week.
The New York Post has their list of the best and worst in New York Sports and the Mets are all over the good categories. Here are the names of Mets who showed up on the lists.
- Tom Glavine - Toughest, Classiest
- Billy Wagner - Friendliest
- David Wright - Friendliest
- Jose Reyes - Most Exciting, Most Loved
- Carlos Delgado - Classiest
- Pedro Martinez - Brightest
- Lastings Milledge - Most Hated
Poor Lastings can't catch a break. The great thing about New York is that he can erase all the negatives if he plays well. It didn't surprise me that the only Yankees who showed up in positive categories were Mariano Rivera (Overachieving) and Derek Jeter (Brightest). After those two guys there's no one inspiring on that team.

Wow
That is a pretty inspiring list, except for Milledge. I hope the Mets players see that list, including Milledge. Maybe that will make Milledge clean himself up. I hope he comes out strong and shows all the doubters that he really can play ball. I really want to see him to well, even though I know some of you still doubt. I refuse to let up on him and I think you all should give him another chance.
LET'S GO METS!!!
